    "You can go now." It was obvious Baby wasn't happy he'd rode around her car and beat her to the front door.  "I'm going in and locking the door.  I have an alarm system so no need to stick around." She kept her eyes downcast.
    "Are you mad because you think I'm getting mated?" Isen took a step to the side blocking her from going in.
    "I'm not mad, Isen.  Like I said, it happened, so let's move on.  Besides, it's not like I gave you much of a chance to talk.  You did try to warn me off."
    "I warned you of my sexual practices, not because I was on the verge of mating.  Which I am not by the way."
    Her eyes widened and she gawked up at him.  "How can you not?  They came here to meet with Taden. Are you leaving the pack then?"
    "I hope not." Isen almost smiled at her trying to decipher his answer.
    "Augh." Finally she kicked him in the shin and rushed into her house.
    He was able to block the door from closing by sticking his Harley boot in the door and went in behind her. 
    "Hey, come here." They'd made it to her small kitchen where she was trapped.  Isen kept walking until they almost touched.  "Now, how about we talk."
    "No." Baby grabbed his shirt. Then she shocked him by softening.  Her eyes bore into his. "I don't want to talk.  I want to be with you.  I need to be with you tonight."
    Was it all about sex with her?  Normally that would not be a problem, but now that he'd admitted his true feelings, Isen wanted more. It was his first time in love and honestly he wasn't sure what to do.
    He pushed disappointment away.
    If he had any hope of getting Baby to care for him, maybe it was best to do what she wanted when she wanted it.  She waited for him, trembling.
    Her bravado from the events of the evening was failing.  He understood. What she needed the most right now was to know she was alive, to feel every inch of her body respond, and realize everything was going to be okay.
    He lifted her onto the counter and took her face in his hands. With an expression of anticipation, her lips curved and eyes half closed, she waited for what he'd do next.
    Isen took her mouth with his, her soft pillowy lips suckled his bottom lip bringing an immediate erection.  His cock pulsed, fighting against the constraints of his jeans.
    The touch of her fingertips on his skin when she slid her hands under his shirt made his breathing hitch.  He spoke into her ear.  "Tonight, it's you, Baby.  You do what you want with me."

    It could be her last night with him.  It was obvious from his answers there were things to clear up between them and whatever happened with the other pack. His vague replies meant he didn't want to explain.
